Lauren Jenna

Lauren Jenna has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, diversity attraction, and program management. Lauren began their career in 2015 as a Marketing Specialist at TerraLex, where they supported the business development and growth strategies of the international network. After that, they joined Alpha1 Staffing in 2016 as a Talent Marketing professional and remained with the company until 2021. In 2021, Lauren took up the role of Diversity Attraction & Programs Partner at LiveRamp, where they focused on fostering diversity within the organization. Lauren then joined livingHR, Inc. in an important role as a Recruitment Marketing Consultant and continued until the end of 2023. Most recently, Lauren Jenna has been working at Alpha1 Staffing as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Marketing starting from 2023.

Lauren Jenna's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Florida.
