Diane Thompson

Diane Thompson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and coaching. Currently serving as a Coach at Di Thompson since April 2023, Diane focuses on leadership, strategy, and mentoring to foster personal and professional growth. Additionally, Diane holds the position of Chair of the Trust Board at Alpha Academies Trust since September 2024. Previously, Diane was the Chief Executive at Honeycomb Group from May 2004 to November 2022. Diane's educational background includes an MBA in Public Services from the University of Birmingham, a DMS in Management Studies from the University of Staffordshire, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Development Management from the University of Westminster, complemented by a Certificate in Coaching from the Centre for Coaching.
