Ioannis Petsinis

Ioannis Petsinis has over 25 years of experience in data management and customer analytics within the banking sector. Currently serving as the Data Management and Reporting Manager at Alpha Bank since July 2013, Ioannis has held various managerial roles in both the Customer Value & Data Management Division and the CRM Division. Prior to Alpha Bank, Ioannis worked at Emporiki Bank from September 1997 to July 2013, where responsibilities included data analysis, reporting for card portfolios, and development of sales performance monitoring tools. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Rainbow Computer S.A., where Ioannis served as Software Manager. Academic credentials include an MSc in Digital Signal & Image Processing from Cranfield University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Bank Management from the National and Capodistrian University of Athens.
