Julian Sharat

Julian Sharat currently serves as a Compensation Analyst at CoStar Group, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this, Julian worked at POLITICO from January 2021 to September 2024, first as a Senior Total Rewards Analyst and then as a Talent Operations Specialist. Julian's earlier experience includes serving as the Human Resources and Operations Manager at E&E News from August 2016 to December 2020, where responsibilities included providing HR services to over 90 employees and collaborating on policies to enhance employee engagement. Additional roles include legislative internships with the U.S. Senate Committee On The Budget and U.S. Senator Bernard Sanders, as well as leadership positions with Borderless World Volunteers and event coordination at McGill University. Julian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McGill University, earned in 2015.
