Isidoros Passas

Isidoros Passas is a seasoned banking executive with extensive experience in retail banking, asset management, and business development. Currently serving as General Manager of Retail Banking and Executive General Manager at Alpha Bank since 2014, Isidoros oversees a network of 600 branches and channels, focusing on business planning and implementation. Previous roles include Senior Advisor to the CEO at Hellenic Petroleum and various leadership positions at Eurobank, where Isidoros contributed to retail banking initiatives, customer service enhancement, and product development. Isidoros's career began at Procter & Gamble, progressing through significant roles in sales and marketing at Diageo. Isidoros holds an AMP from INSEAD, an MBA from Cass Business School, and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
