Edward Keller

Edward Keller is General Counsel and General Counsel of Infinium, and a key member of Infinium's trade execution team.

Prior to joining Infinium, Edward was a partner for capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and private equity practices at Dentons Europe LLP. Previously, Edward was a partner of White & Case LLP. Edward is a citizen of the United States and a member of the New York Bar.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Edward specializes in complex cross-border transactions. Prior to his tenure at Infinium, Edward regularly advised on general corporate and compliance matters and coordinated legal advice across multiple jurisdictions for multinational clients. Edward also has extensive experience in the capital markets and in representing issuers, underwriters and selling shareholders in offers to purchase debt or equity securities, including in accordance with offers registered in the United States, offers subject to Rule 144A, and private placements under Regulation S.

Edward is recognized as a leading lawyer by Chambers (since 2010), Legal 500 (since 2007) and IFLR1000 (since 2015). He was named Private Equity Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers® in 2018.

Edward holds a JD from Boston University School of Law (2000) and a finance degree from Binghamton University's School of Management. Edward is native English speaker and speaks German, French and Hungarian.
