Nicolas Grangeon

Nicolas is an Executive Director based in Geneva. He joined Alpha in 2014 and now oversees the local presence in Switzerland (Geneva & Zürich) and heads up the CRM & Distribution practice in Continental Europe.

Nicolas has a 12+ years of experience as a consultant in the financial services. He specialized in the Asset and Wealth Management industry and Distribution in particular covering Sales, Marketing, Client Service & Product. He has been working with large European players in the industry on a variety of projects spanning strategy & target operating model definition, post-merger integration, systems selection & implementation, business process reengineering and regulatory analysis.

Nicolas holds a Masters in Management and a Master of Science in Strategy & Organisation Consultancy from EDHEC Business School.
