Lennart Almstedt has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Lennart started their career in 1997 as the Founder & CEO of Almstedt & Partners AB, where they supported and managed over 60 companies, including large clients such as BMW, Maquet/Getinge, and Tieto.
In 1998, Lennart began their role as a Speaker, Lecturer, Trainer & Business Mentor, providing education and training on various topics such as business models, strategy, and internationalization. Lennart worked with organizations like SSE Executive Education and Swedish Board Association.
In 2010, Lennart co-founded Facesso AB, where they served as the Co-Founder, Executive Partner, and Chairman. The company consisted of a team of senior executives who supported local and international companies in strategic renewal and business transformation.
Additionally, Lennart held positions as Chairman and Board Member in several companies from 1998 to 2019. Lennart also co-founded Nordic China Healthcare Solutions AB in 2016, which focused on supporting Nordic companies in entering and building collaborations in China's healthcare sector.
More recently, Lennart worked as a Business Development Executive for various companies, including Qvistorp SA, Invento Capital, Planet Heroes, and Alpha ICT LLP. Their roles involved driving business growth and innovation in industries such as software applications, IoT, eco-crowdfunding, and venture capital investment.
In 2018, Lennart was a Founding Partner & Senior Program Manager at Essence International, specializing in mega-deals and ecosystem development.
Throughout their career, Lennart Almstedt has demonstrated expertise in business development, strategy, and leadership across a wide range of industries and organizations.
Lennart Almstedt completed their MBA from IMD in the year 1988. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Engineering Physics from Uppsala University, starting in 1975 and graduating in 1980. Lennart also attended Vasaskolan Hedemora, although the specific dates and any degree obtained are not mentioned.
In addition to their formal education, Lennart Almstedt obtained a certification in High Level Board Management for Board Directors from StyrelseAkademien, The Swedish Academy of Board Directors, in June 2015.
