Mat Gladden

Mat Gladden has a diverse background in project management and engineering, currently serving as an Infantry member in the Army National Guard since December 2023 and as a Project Manager at Alpha Insulation & Waterproofing since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Engineer at Fessler & Bowman, Inc., where Mat focused on the FedEx/Cookeville Tilt Panel project, and earlier positions at Embrey Partners as Lead Project Engineer, Turner Construction Company, and American Structural Concrete. Mat holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Troy University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Faulkner University.
