Ana Finlay

Ana Finlay began their work experience in 2014 as a Student at Operation Mobilization, where they held various responsibilities including Finance Manager and participated in programs such as Street Ministry and Children's Ministry. Ana then worked at Chick-fil-A-Franchise as a Fast Food Team Member and later became a Training Coordinator and Senior Supervisor. In 2019, Ana joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as an Administrative Assistant and later became a Senior Administrative Assistant. Ana then worked as the Operations Director for Finance and Administration at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Ana is the Head of Campaign Administration at Alpha International.
