Taylor O'Neill

Taylor O'Neill is the Chief Development Officer at Faith In Practice since March 2023. Prior to this, Taylor worked as the Director of Major Gifts at Memorial Hermann Health System and as the Director of Advancement at the University of Houston. Taylor has experience in exceeding annual fundraising goals, soliciting and closing gifts of over six figures, and cultivating strong relationships with donors. With a background in managing fundraising programs at various universities, Taylor has a Bachelor's Degree in Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
