Currently serving as the Director of the Centre for Leadership and Dialogue and a Faculty Lecturer at GIBS Business School since January 2021, Maanda also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at SuperLead Advisory, specializing in management consulting and integral coaching. With a robust background as a Non-Executive Director at Alpha International since August 2020, Maanda has previously held significant roles including Head of Dialdirect Insurance at Telesure Investment Holdings and Operations Executive at Discovery Limited.
