Felicia Grace

Grace is a finance professional with extensive experience in deals advisory and restructuring. Throughout her career, Grace has developed broad experiences in various sectors, including financial services, retail and consumer goods, processing industries.

In Alpha JWC, Grace is responsible for fund management, investor relations, and handling fund audit process. She is also involved in deal due diligence as part of the investment process.

Prior to joining the firm, Grace served as a Manager in KordaMentha, an Asia-Pacific advisory and investment firm, where she was responsible for providing restructuring and investment advisory services in distressed market. Her experiences include court and non-court restructuring, buy-out deals, and fund-raising.
