Luigi Cazzaniga

Luigi Cazzaniga has a diverse and extensive work experience. Luigi is currently the Director of Engineering/Program Management at Alpha Metalcraft Group (AMG), where they provide technical leadership and project management to the engineering team. Their focus is on implementing Technology Roadmaps to position AMG as a provider of top-notch engineering services and products in aerospace, defense, and medical sectors.

Prior to their current role, Luigi worked as the General Manager at Practical Automation, part of the ALINABAL Group of Companies, from August 2014 to November 2022. Before that, they served as the Business Unit Manager at ITW - Trident Industrial Inkjet from January 2005 to February 2014.

Luigi also has experience at Dow Chemical, where they held the position of Marketing Manager from February 2001 to June 2004. In this role, they led a multi-functional team and was responsible for managing a portfolio of specialty polyglycol and surfactant products.

Before joining Dow Chemical, Luigi worked at Union Carbide, where they had the role of Product Manager from March 2000 to February 2001. Luigi was responsible for managing the Commodity & Specialty Surfactants businesses. Additionally, they served as the Licensing Liaison Manager from October 1997 to March 2000, managing UNIPOL licensees worldwide.
