Kyle Bane

Kyle Bane has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kyle started their career at Massey Energy in 2004 as a Human Resources Manager and stayed with the company until 2011. Kyle then joined Alpha Natural Resources as a Human Resources Director in 2011 and held this position until 2018. In 2018, Kyle Bane transitioned to Alpha Metallurgical Resources, where they worked as a Senior Director of Human Resources until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Alpha Metallurgical Resources.

Kyle Bane obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, General from Marshall University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Kyle later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial and Employee Relations at the same university from 2002 to 2004.
