Rob de Poorter

Rob de Poorter is an experienced sales director currently serving as the Sales Director EMEA at Alpha Networks since February 2023, specializing in hybrid TV back-ends and cloud video platforms for network operators and media companies. With a career spanning over 15 years, Rob has held various leadership positions, including Chief Commercial Officer at XtndNet, VP of Business Development at Piksel Inc, and Head of Sales for BroadBand Services at ARABSAT. Rob's expertise extends to both the media and telecommunications sectors, having previously worked with Ericsson and SES Satellites, among others. An alumnus of Eindhoven University of Technology, Rob holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management Science.
