Romain Cambier

Romain Cambier has extensive experience in the technology industry. Romain has worked at Alpha Networks, starting as a Senior Software Engineer in 2017 and progressing to positions such as Platform & Automation Manager and Research and Development Manager. Romain was responsible for managing development teams, implementing agile workflows, and overseeing software architecture and design processes. Romain also worked as a Tech Lead at WeSmart in 2017, where they led technology projects related to the Internet of Things. Romain founded ShareIf in 2014, where they served as a Tech Lead, assisting companies in deploying and managing IoT solutions. Prior to that, Romain held various roles, including a Network Infrastructure Engineer position at LES DEUX ALPES, a Software Engineer Internship at TP Vision, and internships at ISOTRA and RS COLOR.

Romain Cambier obtained a Master's degree in Computer Engineering & Management from Faculté Polytechnique de Mons. Romain attended this institution from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 2014 to 2015. Apart from their formal education, Romain also holds an Amateur Radio License which they obtained from IBPT in May 2008.
