Lashona Rodgers

Lashona Rodgers is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst at Alpha Omega Integration, LLC, since February 2022, Lashona supports FISMA reviews and assists in developing audit reports while creating standard operating procedures for registering Information Systems. Additionally, as a Cybersecurity Program Mentor at Western Governors University since November 2019, Lashona has contributed to the development of course content and improved academic delivery. Previously, as a Senior Cyber Security Compliance Analyst at Invictus International Consulting, LLC, Lashona conducted vulnerability analyses and ensured compliance with STIG standards. Lashona's career began in the United States Navy, serving as a Naval Officer and Communications Officer from November 1994 to March 2021. Lashona holds a Master's degree in Global Business and a degree in Information Systems Management, both from National University.
