Michelle Traxel

Michelle Traxel, PMP has over 15 years of experience in project management and customer success. Michelle most recently served as the Vice President of Delivery and Customer Success at Alpha Omega since August 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Programs at Radiant Infotech from May 2022 to August 2023.

From 2008 to 2022, Michelle held various roles at Customer Value Partners (CVP). Michelle served as the Executive Director of the Customer Success Office and Program Director, responsible for integrating project teams and addressing project risks. Michelle also held the position of Director of Operations and Analytics Portfolio, managing a $100M portfolio of projects and achieving high customer satisfaction.

Before joining CVP, Michelle worked at Jobfox as the Director of Client Services, where they launched the Client Services and Sales Operations departments. Michelle was responsible for managing teams and supporting a large volume of candidates.

Earlier in their career, Michelle held positions at America Online, VeriSign, and Careerbuilder.com. Michelle worked as a Program Manager, optimizing call center performance, and as a Senior Product Manager and Director of Implementation Services.

Michelle Traxel, PMP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Communications from The State University of New York. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2013. Michelle has also received training in Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) for Development in 2016, CMMI SCAMPI A Training in 2015, and CMMI for Services in 2014.
