Brendan Kam is a Certified Sommelier and Certified Specialist of Wine with diverse experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Tasting Room Associate at Alpha Omega Winery since September 2019, Brendan previously worked with Capella Hotel Group from October 2014 to May 2017 as a Banquet Server and Off-site Catering Server, efficiently managing high-volume events ranging from 10 to 1500 guests. Earlier experience includes roles as Head Food Runner, Expediter, Server Assistant, and Cook at Hound, where Brendan ensured a positive dining experience in a fast-paced environment. Brendan also held the position of Assistant Manager and Field Sales Manager at CUTCO Cutlery, focusing on recruitment and training of sales representatives. Brendan earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Auburn University between 2012 and 2017.
