Leslie Garcia has amassed significant experience in the hospitality and wine industries, currently serving as the Hospitality Coordinator at Alpha Omega Winery since August 2016. Previously held roles at Alpha Omega include Guest Services Coordinator and Business Development Coordinator. Prior to this, Leslie worked at Hamel Family Wines as a Wine Ambassador, and at Vermeil Wines as a Tasting Lounge Host. Additional experience encompasses a position as Pool Hostess at Meadowood Napa Valley. With a strong background in guest relations and business development within the winery sector, Leslie Garcia demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of hospitality management.
Alpha Omega Winery
Alpha Omega is a family-owned, boutique winery in Rutherford, the heart of Napa Valley. In 2006, proprietors Robin and Michelle Baggett founded Alpha Omega to present world class wines handcrafted by world renowned winemakers in a convivial setting reflective of the Napa Valley farming community. Alpha Omega handcrafts Bordeaux-style wines made with prized grapes from its own vineyards and historic vineyards throughout Napa Valley. The talented winemaking team melds the Old World’s traditions with the New World’s state-of-the-art techniques to create wines that uniquely express the essence of the terroir ranging from valley floor, hillside and mountain. Using natural techniques, they handcraft finesse-driven, complex and balanced wines which express the aromatic profile of the best Napa Valley has to offer. In fall 2016, Alpha Omega placed into operation the largest commercial microgrid system to date in Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s 70,000-square-mile service area and installed charging stations for three Teslas and another electric vehicle. Both Alpha Omega’s land and winery are Napa Green certified.
