Hikmat Abu Janb has extensive experience in customer support and technical operations, currently serving as a Customer Support Engineer at Alpha Omega since April 2019. Prior to this role, Hikmat held the position of Technical and Business Operations Team Lead at Amdocs from April 2012 to April 2019. Between February 2008 and April 2012, Hikmat was the Computer Store Manager at Bug Multisystem Ltd., and earlier experience includes a position in backoffice operations at Tikshoov from January 2005 to September 2006.
