Irakli Elashvili

Irakli Elashvili is a prominent finance professional with extensive experience as a co-founder at multiple firms, including Alpha Plus Asset Management, Alpha Capital Advisory LLC, and Elysium Asset Management. Elashvili has also served as an Independent Member of The Supervisory Board at Ukrgasbank and JSCB Hamkorbank, the latter as an FMO nominee. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at FINCA Bank Georgia and TBC Capital, as well as an Advisor to the Investment Board of the Pension Agency of Georgia. Elashvili holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from London Business School, an exchange MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from Ivane Javahišvilis Sakhelobis Tbilisis Sakhelmtsipo Universiteti.
