James Pratt

James Pratt currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Alpha Power Group, LLC since 2025, while also holding the position of Principal & Co-Founder at Power Delivery Inc. since 2022. Previously, James served as President of Power Delivery at Primoris Services Corporation (2023-2024) and held significant roles at Quanta Services, Inc. from 2018 to 2022, including Director of Operations and Vice President of Major Projects. From 2015 to 2018, James worked as Sr. Project Manager and Director of Transmission at RES, and as Program Manager at HDR from 2011 to 2014. Early career experience includes roles as Distribution Engineer and Project Manager at SMUD (2003-2011) and various positions at Pacific Gas and Electric Company from 1995 to 2001. James holds an MBA from California State University-Sacramento and a BS from San Diego State University.
