Jawaan Delaney

Jawaan Delaney possesses a diverse background in education and leadership, currently serving as a Guide at Alpha since July 2021. Prior to this role, Jawaan held various positions at LA Galaxy from August 2015 to August 2021, including Lead Learning Coach, Learning Coach, and Academic Advisor. Experience as an educator was also gained at Westerly School of Long Beach from 2009 to 2015, where roles included 4th Grade Associate Teacher, Summer School Teacher, and Kindergarten Associate Teacher. Additional experience includes serving as Sales Manager at JDL Packaging from January 2009 to August 2011 and as Head Soccer Coach at Los Alamitos High School during the 2010-2011 academic year. Jawaan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Loyola Marymount University and a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Technology Integration from Southern New Hampshire University.
