María Andrades Cózar

María Andrades Cózar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and research. As an Area Manager at Amazon since March 2021, María has also served as a Shift Manager. María is an active member of Nova Talent, a global community connecting high-potential professionals and students, and Alpha Sigma Nu, Inc., a Jesuit honor society. Earlier, María worked as a research student in the Department of Engineering at Universidad Loyola Andalucía, contributing to projects on cyberphysical systems. Additional experience includes an internship at Internacional Hispacold S.A., focusing on industrial processes. María holds a Double Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Universidad Loyola, complemented by an undergraduate degree in Industrial Organization Engineering from the same institution and a year of study in Management Engineering at Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia.
