Yuxi Huang

Yuxi Huang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in capital markets and real estate. Currently serving as Vice President at Alpha Square Group since August 2023, Yuxi previously held the same title at Gopher Asset from August 2020 to May 2021. Yuxi's background includes a significant role as Director of Capital Markets at Colliers International from January 2017 to June 2020, where collaborative efforts with JLL’s team focused on enhancing investment sales opportunities for prominent Chinese investors. Prior experience at JLL as an Associate involved developing a substantial database of clients and generating bilingual valuation materials. Academic qualifications include an Executive Education degree from Harvard Business School and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. Yuxi's early career included research roles at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and practical experience in business loan processing at Citi.
