Karen Rodriguez, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at UES and the Sr. Human Resources Director for the Texas Region at Alpha Testing since September 2018. Prior to these roles, Karen worked at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers as a Benefits Manager and held various human resources positions at Quorum Hotels & Resorts from 2007 to 2017, including Corporate Director of Human Resources. Earlier career highlights include positions in production and sales management at LiveWire Special Events, Inc., Abbey Party Rents/M&M, and Westin Park Central Hotel. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Missouri State University, obtained between 1991 and 1996.
