Roxanne Smith

Roxanne Smith currently serves as the Director of Development and Iowa Network Director at Alpha USA since April 2022, contributing to the impactful Alpha course that has engaged over 20 million participants in discussions about life, faith, and meaning. Prior experience includes roles in pharmaceutical sales with Novartis from February 2020 to March 2023, and with Merck as an Executive Customer Representative from June 2018 to January 2020. Roxanne's career also encompasses a position as a Cardiovascular Specialty Representative at Quintiles from June 2014 to June 2018, and earlier roles including a successful contract position in Hospital Sales with inVentiv Health in 2012. Roxanne began the career in institutional sales with sanofi-aventis from November 2004 to November 2010. Roxanne holds a degree in Secondary Education with a focus on Social Sciences from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earned between 1988 and 1993.
