McKay Wilcox MBA has extensive experience in operations and project management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Alpha Warranty Services since September 2013, where roles have also included Technical and Creative Project Manager and Sales Operations Manager. Prior to this, McKay Wilcox worked as a Cost Estimator at Historical Arts & Casting from 2010 to 2013. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Utah State University (2017-2019) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business (2006-2010).
