Shahab Anbarjafari has a wide range of experience in the fields of data science, computer vision, and machine learning. Shahab currently holds the position of Chief Data Scientist/Director at PwC Finland since February 2020. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer at iVCV, where they developed an automated AI-based CV analysis system to improve the recruitment process. Additionally, Shahab is the Founder and Chairman of 3S Holding OÜ, a privately owned family business that focuses on early-stage startup angel investments, particularly in AI-based technologies, healthcare, edutech, art and fashion, and foodtech. Shahab is also an Angel Investor at Naviteel and the Co-Founder of Alpha3D. Shahab's previous experience includes roles as a Board Member at TITC OÜ, where they implemented machine learning and computer vision advances for various applications, and as the Founder of iCV Research Lab, a leading computer vision lab in Europe that conducts research in computer vision, human behavior analysis, and 3D modeling. Shahab has also worked as a Professor at the University of Tartu and as a Machine Learning Expert in the R&D department of GScan. Shahab Anbarjafari completed their education in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Shahab first obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Eastern Mediterranean University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Shahab then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) degree in the same field, completing it in 2008 at the same university. Following that, they continued their academic journey and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Eastern Mediterranean University, where they studied from 2008 to 2010.
