José Leonardo M.

José Leonardo M. has over 10 years of professional experience. From 2016 to present, they have held the roles of Head of Operations, Director of Projects and Processes, and Subdirector of Strategic Projects at AlphaCredit. From 2012 to 2016, they were Subdirector of Operations and Organizational Development at Financiera Popular en Comunidad, where they designed, monitored, controlled, improved, and implemented more than 250 institutional processes and over 30 medium and high-impact projects. From 2008 to 2012, they held the roles of Gerente Banca Electrónica y Banca Móvil (Ixe Net) and Gerente de Desarrollo de Nuevos Productos at Ixe Grupo Financiero, where they defined and coordinated the fusion of electronic channels of Ixe-Banorte for bank and stock exchange. José Leonardo also administered and implemented various strategic projects, including the launch of products for contact channels with customers, negotiations with various private and government institutions, and coordination of the Product Committee. From 2007 to 2008, they were Ingeniero de Procesos at Einteligent and Becario en Ventas at DuPont. In 2006, they held the role of Reingeniería de Procesos (Prácticas Profesionales) at Volvo Bus Corporation.

José Leonardo M. obtained their Ingeniero in Ingeniería Industrial para la Dirección from Universidad Anáhuac between 2003 and 2007. José Leonardo then went on to receive their Master in Administración y Dirección de Empresas (MBA) from EGADE Business School between 2011 and 2014. During this time, they also obtained their Master in Banca y Finanzas from UPF Barcelona School of Management between 2012 and 2013.
