Ernie Bravo

Ernie Bravo has a long and varied career in the ophthalmology industry. Ernie began their career in 2000 at BD as Global Surgical Platform Director, Director of Marketing Cataract, and Director of Marketing Refracitve. In 2006, they joined Alcon Laboratories, Inc. as Global Director Surgical Glaucoma, Director Global Refractive, and Global Director Cataract Disposables. In 2015, they moved to Strathspey Crown LLC as Senior Director. In 2016, they joined Bausch + Lomb as Director of Marketing Refractive. In 2020, they became Director Of Business Development at iOR Partners, and in 2022 they became Director Of Business Development & Sales Plastics and Ophthalmology at Alphaeon Credit. Throughout their career, Ernie has been responsible for developing business plans, analyzing market trends, overseeing sales and onboarding processes, and more.

Ernie Bravo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from San Diego State University. Ernie has also obtained certifications in Leading with a Growth Mindset from LinkedIn in October 2022, as well as License & Certificates from Columbia Business School's Marketing Management Program, California Institute of Technology's Executive Strategic Alliances, Worcester Polytechnic Institute's Project Management, and Insight Consulting's Executive Personal Coaching.
