Toni Pierce

Toni Pierce, MSM-HR, PHR, currently serves as a Senior People Business Partner at Alphagary, overseeing HR functions for 165 employees across locations in Charlotte, NC, and Denver, PA. With extensive experience in human resources and safety across various organizations, Toni has successfully implemented local policies, conducted pay analyses, and managed employee relations in roles such as HR Manager at AGC Automotive Americas and Lead Business Specialist at Honda of America Mfg., Inc. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Human Resources from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Business/HR from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
