Sagar Lakhani

Sagar Lakhani is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in quantitative trading and analysis. Currently serving as AVP of Quantitative Trading at AlphaGrep since September 2021, Sagar has previously held positions as a Quantitative Analyst at Dolat Capital and as a Senior Analyst at Nomura, where responsibilities included managing exposure measures for structured products and conducting rigorous model calibrations and backtesting. Sagar began their career with a notable internship at Eaton Technologies Pvt Ltd, demonstrating strong analytical skills by developing finite element models with high accuracy. Sagar holds both a Bachelor and a Master of Technology in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a Semester Exchange degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
