Tanja Koch

Tanja Koch serves as the Chief Business Officer at AlphaLum since October 2025, previously holding roles as Senior Product Manager Innovation and Innovation Manager at ams OSRAM from July 2021 to October 2025. Tanja has extensive experience in the startup ecosystem as an Advisory Board Member for Partech and GoodIP, as well as a Board Observer at Motorleaf. Tanja's role as Investment and Portfolio Manager at FLUXUNIT/ams-OSRAM Ventures involved accelerating the growth of startups with novel technologies in high-tech lighting. Tanja co-founded PrismAR, a technology innovation agency focused on AR/VR solutions, and participated in the MedInnovate Graduate Program, gaining expertise in the MedTech innovation cycle. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Management from Technical University of Munich and entrepreneurial training at Stanford University and UnternehmerTUM.
