Paweł Świątek

Paweł Świątek is a highly experienced professional with a background in research and development, corporate governance, and finance management. Paweł began their career in 2011 as a Research and Development Assistant at the AGH University of Science and Technology, where they worked on a project related to transparent mobility in heterogeneous wireless networks. In 2013, they took on the role of Researcher at DATAX Sp. z o.o., where they were responsible for the management of a project on optimization of neighborhood lists in 2G/3G cellular networks. In 2014, they became a Research Expert at NEWIND S.A. and in 2016, they were a R&D Project Manager at INDATA S.A., where they worked on a bioinformatic project related to the development of machine learning based tools for drug discovery.

In 2017, they co-founded two companies, Alphamoon and Dumpling. At Alphamoon, they served as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, where they were responsible for corporate governance management, strategic planning, new business development, and finance management. At Dumpling, they served as Co-Founder and CEO, where they were responsible for corporate affairs management, fundraising strategy planning, management, and execution, and R&D project management.

In 2018, they co-founded Deepstributed and also took on the role of R&D Director at Prometeia Capital and Advisor at Ministerstwo Cyfryzacji. As Co-Founder and CEO of Deepstributed, they were responsible for R&D project management, fundraising strategy, management, and execution, corporate governance management, strategic planning, new business development, and finance management.

In addition, they have been an Assistant Professor at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology since 2010.

Paweł Świątek graduated from I LO Opole and then went on to pursue higher education at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, where they earned an MSc in Information Sciences in 2005 and a PhD in Information Sciences in 2008.
