Karen Koeninger-Adkins

Karen Koeninger-Adkins has a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition. Karen began their career as a Senior Account Executive at Datanet in 1995, where they managed new accounts and developed relationships with manufacturers. In 2001, they joined ePlus Technology as an Enterprise Account Executive, where they sourced and recruited contingent teams for project implementation and identified security risk assessment engagements. From 2006 to 2008, Karen served as the Market Director of Talent Acquisition at TAC Worldwide, where they managed a team of recruiters and account executives to increase staffing services in the IT industry. Karen then worked as a Professional Recruiter for various companies, including Logicalis, Extropy, and Cisco Systems. In these roles, they successfully recruited and hired IT professionals for a wide range of projects and industries, including government cleared IT professionals. Most recently, Karen worked at Excel Management Systems as a Lead Recruiter, where they recruited IT professionals in infrastructure, security, finance, and sales. Karen currently holds the position of Senior Recruiter Team Lead at Alphanumeric Systems, where they engage, interviews, and hires talented professionals in various industries.

Karen Koeninger-Adkins earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Central Oklahoma, where they attended from 1987 to 1991.
