Cody Coonradt

Cody Coonradt serves as the Chief Product Officer at ELLKAY since January 2025 and is the CEO and Founder of BILLY, a company focused on increasing transparency in healthcare pricing, established in April 2023. Previously, Cody was the VP of Product + Health Plan at Nomi Health from January 2021 to April 2022. A significant tenure at 3M spanned nearly nine years, during which Cody held various leadership positions including Sr. Director of Global Strategy, Insights and Market Development, and Global Chief Product Officer of Oral Care Cloud. Earlier experience includes roles as Strategic Account Executive at Infuse Medical and US Product Marketing Manager at Amedica Corporation. Cody began professional career with a brand management internship at Better Being Co. Cody holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a focus on Marketing and Economics from Westminster University.
