Phil Moyer

Phil has managed over 15 Enterprise/FinTech businesses and has been an investor and board member in 11 companies. He was a Managing Director at Safeguard, where he built and managed their Financial Technology and Enterprise Cloud portfolios. He was the CEO of EDGAR Online which was acquired by RR Donnelly. He was Co-Founder of Cassiopae a French securitization software company and worked at Microsoft for 15 years as a General Manager of Global and Enterprise Businesses. He holds a Computer Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh and has been a frequent speaker and author on Blockchain, Open Data, and transparency in the financial services industry, including congressional testimony on how to fix the mortgage-backed security industry and as a board member of XBRL.US.
