Krista Kaszycki has extensive experience in operations, business development, sales and marketing, and communications. From 2017 to 2020, they held the role of Director of Operations and Director of Business Development at AlphaRidge, where they were responsible for planning and overseeing advertising and promotion activities, developing and recommending service positioning, marketing, and pricing strategies, and monitoring competitor services, sales, and marketing activities. Krista also served as Sales Marketing Coordinator at AlphaRidge, where they assisted in website design and marketing material creation, kicked off a company email campaign, identified and organized platforms, monitored results and responses, and managed company sales activities.
From 2011 to 2014, Krista was the Owner of The NYC Talon, where they were selected to be one of five General Mills Progresso Brand Ambassadors during the 2013 New York City Wine and Food Festival and one of 20 hand-selected VIP Blogs for Duane Reade. In 2014, their user-generated content created brand awareness and generated a 6,709% increase in follower account for Duane Read SM accounts, and 28% increase in targeted sales.
In 2020, Krista served on the Communications Committee for the New York Metro Chapter of Women in Healthcare, Inc.
From 2012 to 2014, Krista was a Content Creator and Contracted Social Media Event Coordinator at Collective Bias, where they were responsible for creating campaign and audience targeted content, promoting parties and generating interest on various social media channels, and hosting/co-hosting social parties with team members on the day of. In 2014, they also served as a VIP Blogger for Duane Reade.
