Brittany Baker Oehlsen

Brittany Baker Oehlsen is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal communication strategies and corporate philanthropy. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Internal Communications at AlphaSense since August 2022, Brittany supports executive communications, develops employee communication frameworks, and enhances employer branding. Prior to this role, Brittany worked at Bloomberg LP in various strategic communication roles, managing global employee communications and amplifying media coverage for significant events. With a strong foundation in executive support and content creation from previous positions, including roles at Union Privilege and PEN American Center, Brittany holds an MFA in Creative Nonfiction from Sarah Lawrence College and a BA in English-Creative Writing from Allegheny College.
