Erica Perez is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in marketing operations and demand generation. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Marketing Operations at AlphaSights since October 2018, Erica oversees the Copper and SalesLoft system, establishes best practices for tracking performance, and trains users on new system updates. Previously, Erica held various roles at Dow Jones, including Demand Generation Manager, where strategic marketing promotions were directed for The Wall Street Journal, and Customer Service Team Leader with a focus on operational efficiency and team development. Erica has also gained valuable marketing experience through positions at Pizazz Promotions, North Jersey Federal Credit Union, and The Goldstein Group, complementing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from William Paterson University.
