Cathryn Ross joined AlphaStaff in March 2023 as Head of Employee Benefits Operations. She is responsible for overseeing the benefits department and collaborating with all departments to ensure the clients receive exceptional service. Cathryn has over 23 years of experience in the employee benefits industry working with clients of all sizes and funding types, and specializes in providing strategic, comprehensive, and cost-effective consulting to her clients. She enjoys keeping up with the everchanging world of benefits, compliance, HR information systems, and technology while applying her knowledge and skillset to assist her clients and team members. As a member of leadership, Cathryn is also responsible for mentoring and encouraging career development to ensure the best possible service is provided to all AlphaStaff’s clients.
