Bala Subramanian

Bala Subramanian currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Board Member at alphastream.ai since September 2020, with additional roles as an Advisory Board Member at ClickIPO Holdings since July 2018 and as Chief Product and Technology Officer at CreditSights until February 2024. Bala has held various leadership positions at exalt as a Board Member from June 2020 to February 2023, and at S&P Global from 2006 to June 2018, including Head of Technology for M&A, Partnerships, and Innovation, Chief Development Officer, and Chief Technology Officer. Earlier experience includes Director at Citigroup Asset Management from 2000 to 2006, Business Technology Manager at Tullett Liberty Brokerage in 1999-2000, Project Lead at Societe Generale in 1998-1999, and Project Lead at Adtek Information Systems from 1993 to 1998. Bala holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) from the University of Madras, and completed Executive Education programs in Innovation at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and in Management at Columbia University.
