Catherine Leung

Catherine Leung is an experienced professional in the field of ASIC and FPGA verification, currently serving as the ASIC/FPGA Verification Manager at Alphawave IP Group since January 2022. Prior to this role, Catherine held the position of Principal ASIC/FPGA Consultant at Precise-ITC, Inc. from December 2013 to February 2022. Catherine's career began at Nortel Networks, where multiple engineering roles were undertaken, including ASIC Verification Engineer and Software Designer, spanning from November 1994 to September 1999. Additional experience includes working as an ASIC Verification Engineer at StratumOne Communications and Cisco Systems Inc. from June 1999 to May 2013. Catherine Leung holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of British Columbia, obtained between 1988 and 1995.
