Chris Betterton

Chris Betterton has extensive experience in support and management roles, currently serving as Support Manager at Alphero since September 2017. Prior to this, Chris held the position of Director of Commerce Solutions at Sprinklr from February 2015 to June 2017. Chris's career includes various leadership positions at Pluck, involving roles such as Director of Services for EMEA and APAC, Account Director, Senior Client Success Manager, Project Manager, and Technical Consultant. Earlier experience includes serving as Team Leader at EDI PLC and Lead Developer at Anglo Beef Processing Ltd. Chris co-founded Isibus Ltd and worked as Technical Director there. Chris's foundational experience began with roles as Lead Developer at ABM Ltd, Developer at Anite, and Technical Author at Context Ltd/Select Software Tools. Chris holds a 2.1 degree in Chemistry and Management Studies from the University of Nottingham, completed in 1994.
