Arne Rathje has a diverse work experience. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Corporate Sales Manager at qualitrain GmbH. In 2020, they founded and served as the Geschäftsführer (Managing Director) of Coffee Union, a coffee company, until November 2021. In April 2021, they joined alphin GmbH as a Customer Success Manager, and quickly progressed to become a Team Lead in October 2021. From July to December 2022, they held the position of Senior Team Lead in Customer Success at the same company. Currently, they are working as the Head of Customer Success at alphin GmbH, a position they started in January 2023.
Arne Rathje pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Fitnessökonomie from 2016 to 2020 at the Deutsche Hochschule für Prävention und Gesundheitsmanagement.
