Graham Hoy, MBCS, is an experienced IT and process improvement professional currently serving as Head of Process Improvement & IT at Alpi UK Limited since April 2019, where supervision includes 200 users across five UK sites and the development of the IT and Process strategy for the business. Previously, Graham held the position of IT & Systems Manager at Ironmongery Direct Ltd from 2009 to 2019, where responsibilities encompassed managing a support team, overseeing IT projects, and preparing management reports. Earlier career experiences include roles as Owner and Senior Consultant at G & L Consultants, Director at Stegra Ltd, and various IT support positions at Integrity Software Systems Ltd and North Essex Health Authority.
