Laure Isone

Laure Isone possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Chargée de Ressources Humaines at Alpina Savoie since August 2016, with responsibilities including payroll management, personnel administration, deployment of HRIS and time management systems, recruitment, budget construction, and HR development. Previously, Laure held the position of Responsable RH at ANDRITZ from 2011 to 2015, where tasks involved implementing HR services for a structure of approximately 70 employees, recruitment for high-demand engineering positions, career management, expatriation, training, and social relations management. Laure has also worked as Assistante RH at Alpina Savoie and as Assistante RH et Paie at Urssaf Rhône-Alpes, focusing on payroll and training plan management, and as Chef de projet GPEC at Owens Corning, handling function sheet development and internal communication audits. Laure holds a Maîtrise in Droit privé from Université Savoie Mont Blanc and a Master 2 in Gestion des Ressources Humaines from WESFORD CLERMONT Business School.
